Windows 10 Update- Photoshop + Illustrator cc STOPPED WORKING

i used illustrator last night , fine. turned on laptop (windows 10) morning , microsoft pushed update took 55 minutes complete. here happens now:

 

adobe illustrator:

whenever use illustrator mouse goes crazy it's forever loading , can't right click or other basic functions of software. it's when i'm running illustrator. posted video show how software acting:

adobe photoshop:

crashes when try open it.

 

adobe premiere pro + encore

work fine.

illustrator cc (2015.3)

photoshop cc (2015.5

premiere pro cc (2015.3)

computer: acer aspire r5-571tg

edition: windows 10 home

version: 1607

os build: 14393.82

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets

can tell me why cannot open of premiere saves? when try open them, following message: "this project contained sequence not opened. no sequence preview preset file or codec associated sequence type." archived projects last year won't open, , neither current projects. googled problem , came across few solutions, involving downloading pc files someone's private server. can't because 1) i'm on government device, , 2) device mac.   does in way connect fact i'm using enterprise version has never been updated since installed last september– not once– local administrator?   [moved generic cloud/setup forum specific program forum... mod] error: sequence not opened More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe
