how to retrieve value of custom field - web forms

regarding bc form builder web forms

i have several custom fields in forms created in bc system form builder.

 

custom field example {cat_custom_383528}

 

need system remember customers info in these fields other regular fields retrieve data when using example: value="{module_emailaddress}”

 

how enter value module? tried different ways doesn’t remember content:

value="{module_cat_custom_383528}"

value="{module_catcustom383528}"

value="{module_customfield_383528}"

value="{module_customfield,383528}"

 

can suggest please?

it not work that. forms create cases , if made normal custom fields these on case. there no v3 api cases yet can not use module_data have use case module:

module_case | business catalyst developers
