Duplicated ebooks in Digital Edition for iPad

i ran problem after loading few ebooks in digital edition ipad. few uploaded without problem, 1 particular file large , program crashed before book appeared in app. took several attempts uploaded once did, there duplicate images. when deleted 1 copy, both copies gone. so, repeated , ended same problem.  reinstalled adobe digital edition twice , had upload ebooks once. so, ended 2 images of same books duplicated during previous installations.

 

this puzzling , annoying. manage view, use favorites way see single copy of books. has had problem , can suggest solution?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets
