Why does Adobe market something that doesn't work?

so, pen illustrator—the date version—i click on adobe stock icon in upper left corner , nothing happens. nothing. i'd suggest "adobe stock" button, when pressed, lead area 1 may browse photos adobe stock catalog. crazy idea?
