Application not responding after upgrade

hey tried download latest upgrade in menu , can't sign in lightroom @ ... application not responding.

 

i not cc member .... did't realise upgrade available cc members. went section & saw these upgrade available.... can't open lightroom @ all.

 

i'm on os x el capitan version 10.11.6

uninstall problematic lr , reinstall lr using installation file , serial number.
