Fill color not changing in shape

i baffled, please

 

i choose foreground color, choose ellipse tool , draw circle. if fills circle color choose. expected, annoyance. how stop fly out menu popping up?

 

this thing don't really  understand.

 

i choose new foreground color, draw circle , not new color selected first color.

 

why not foreground color?

 

what ever color choose first can't choose foreground color , have shape filled color.

 

i have restarted computer.

 

looked option might have missed, seems counter intuitive can't have foreground color fill color expect first pick.

 

what doing wrong or ps screwy?

the fill , stroke colours ellipse tool set in toolbar @ top of screen (as opposed normal foreground , background used brushes etc).

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets
