Different bleeds on different master pages?

i've got file 2 different master pages, each different size. no problem of ... set , working should. master a, want 1/4-inch bleed; on master b, want 3/8-inch bleed. can't figure out how set different bleed numbers 2 masters. place can find settings bleed in document setup, affects pages.

 

any way can this? thank you, smart person(s).

 

(using latest cc version ... win 10)

bleed document-wide setting.

can explain why need different bleeds within same document? knowing why might lead helpers here different solution issue.
