Cannot open lightroom 6 Not cloud) that i bought on the web

allo,

 

i bought upgrade 6 lightroom 5 ( not cloud ) on web on august 27 mac ( have last os ). receive email number code , instruction how download lightroom 6.

 

3 days later, still not able download lightroom 6.

 

i open installation program... see on first line : lightroom  mac/win            code number                    , window download empty

                                                                   second line : lightroom   window                 no code                                 , window window activated

                                                                       third line  : ligt...           mac....                  no code                                  , window mac activated

 

i click on mac window, new window appear have chose version of lightroom select download. see version 1,2,3,4,5 not version 6.

 

where problem?

 

i try reach  speak @ adobe, impossible reach person or dont know how it. , on forum, dont find problem.

 

have solution? phone number speak somebody?
