OpenType options grayed out for previously-working font

i have custom font makes heavy use of calt opentype feature. worked in apps of few months ago (at most), can no longer make use of opentype options font in !photoshop cc 2015.5 or !illustrator cc 2015.3. haven't changed font @ since last time knew worked in apps, , opentype features still work intended in !indesign cc 2015 , !word 2016 (i'm running these apps on up-to-date version of windows 10). clearing photoshop font cache didn't solve problem in app, i'm @ loss try next.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
