Course not communicating with LMS when played in Citrix

when course played through lms (universitysite) & ie in citrix, course marked incomplete when completed successfully. running same course through lms locally communicates lms ok , course marked completed successfully. works ok running through chrome in citrix. have idea of why it's problem in ie & citrix?

scorm communication lms relies on javascript api being blocked when viewing same course on citrix environment.
