Smart Object Text Box With Wrapping/Text Breaks...Is it Possible?

hello all, first post , appreciate time in answering!

 

i have unique problem: have marketing banner template several different layouts. example, use 2 dimensions: 300x600 , 728x90. both drastically different sizes far aspect ratio. need know if there way have single smart object can edit have main text headline in it, , have update on both banner sizes this:

 

 

300x600 have text layout this:

 

main

text

headline

 

728x90 have text layout this:

 

main text headline

 

 

i cannot seem figure out if can make text box update smart object , have 1 object has text  "main text headline" change both of these top level text boxes. right have have smart object each text layout , if want change headline text, have update several smart objects. ton time , consideration answering this!

what if...you made one document had these 2 headline layouts...then maybe place document , (layer) mask out 1 headline don't want in main document? seems little convoluted though since have take account placement, size, etc.
