How do I access Import Dialog when it's hidden?

in lightroom 2015.6.1

macos 10.11.6

 

i drag photos lightroom , import dialog starts open.

i click app (by cmd-tab) while wait import dialog initialize

i click lr (by cmd-tab) , import dialog hidden somewhere. see main lr window in library mode.

there status import photos , videos .. of course not progressing because have not clicked import on import dialog.

 

i stuck. try minimize , restore, still can't find import dialog anywhere -- not show in window menu.

 

how can import dialog when open hidden?

how can contact adobe support? live chat option?
