Working with photos and text in a yearbook style document

i working on professional society membership book. have on 900 members , list pertinent information them (name, contact info, etc.) along photograph. inherited project previous employee set 1 long text box, split 2 columns on each page photos next columns. hoping connect photos specific individual when new member added not have move upwards of 900 photos up/down space photo corresponds text information. extremely time consuming , have new members time. there way set these pages text , photos connected , move or down on page information/photos added or removed. thank in advance.

you anchor images in text flow part of it.

 

or, if photos named in consistent way matches other piece of information in member's record, set data merge, , re-run merge data when changes made.

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
