No OpenCL available on Mercury Playback Engine

  1. dell precision m2800 / firepro w4170
  2. windows 10 64bit
  3. 15.3001.26001.1004 driver
  4. adobe premiere pro cc 2015
  5. no mercury playback engine gpu acceleration (opencl) available

no issues in windows 7 64bit, opencl option shows (see screenshot below). seems me related laptops switchable graphics. desktop workstation graphics cards firepro w7100 have no issues in win 10.premierepro1.jpg

i didn't particular laptop, know quite prpro gets cranky laptops have both on-board graphics , full graphics card active. if 1 has both , prpro isn't playing nice, it's worth testing turning off onboard ... , need in bios.

 

if have on-board graphics , no add-on card, many laptops not able use mpe acceleration.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets
