Acrobat DC Being Removed

hi,

 

we've created package in ccp, we've deployed no issues. we're seeing , newer build of windows 10 acrobat dc install, other suite applications photoshop, dreamweaver etc install , after acrobat dc remove itself. other suite applications remain. package created in may , didn't have problem then.

 

we've recreated package , going test that.

 

anybody else seen before?

to answer question - yes, , no...

 

keep in mind acrobat uses separate installer system rest of cc tools.  know rest of cc working towards same robust installer tooling acrobat has, aren't quite there yet.

 

what might suggest to create 2 - separate - independent - packages.  1 cc tools (they tend install happily together), , other acrobat using enterprise deployment tools.  chain them in in back-end ccp tools.

 

why keep separate installer acrobat?

  • acrobat has different & deeper os integration other cc tools.  fonts, printer/spooler subsystem, office, ie, chrome, firefox, explorer, etc. (some in hklm, in hkcu)
  • acrobat on different release cycle cc.
  • acrobat has different enterprise deployment tooling cc.

 

where find these magic acrobat/reader deployment bits... acrobat-reader enterprise toolkit home

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets

can tell me why cannot open of premiere saves? when try open them, following message: "this project contained sequence not opened. no sequence preview preset file or codec associated sequence type." archived projects last year won't open, , neither current projects. googled problem , came across few solutions, involving downloading pc files someone's private server. can't because 1) i'm on government device, , 2) device mac.   does in way connect fact i'm using enterprise version has never been updated since installed last september– not once– local administrator?   [moved generic cloud/setup forum specific program forum... mod] error: sequence not opened More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe
