Why does my storage say full when its not full

my storage space seem have got stuck @ 100% = 20 gb though have erased enough of files. do???

you need permanently delete files held in archive when delete them.

 

the easiest way use cc app on computer going files section , selecting view archive option, web browser should open showing files.

 

delete them using options on page.
