"Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue."

whenever try open media encoder alert says "adobe media encoder has encountered unexpected error , cannot continue." have uninstalled reinstalled app , same thing happens. i'm not sure else can do. ideas?

try updating or rolling video driver.

did use adobe cleaner tool?

use creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
