Can photos in Elements 7 be saved to the creative cloud?

i have elements 7. know, it's old. has worked me years , have been satisfied. worried computer getting old , break/stop working. upgrades or products need in order save photos?

photoshop elements has never been part of creative cloud applications not stop downloading free app adobe website , use current account transfer photos online using app.  2gb free disk space not include top notch applications such photoshop, dreamweaver, etc etc part of cc subscription.

this ensures photos sre saved online on adobe cloud.  there other options such google drive, , microsoft onedrive gives more disk space (15gb on google , 8gb on onedrive)

 

alternatively, buy 16gb or 32 gb flash drive (or 1tb or 2tb portable hard drive) , copy documents , photos on it.  need make sure personal docs, videos, images, music etc backed possible.  after need make sure pse7 compatible latest operating systems windows 10.  need try don't use pse7 on windows 10.  have 10, 11, 12, 13 , 14 , work fine far me.  13 & 14 trial versions may need uninstall them when expire in few days time.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets
