CS6 Sales quote

we've been trying purchase c6 after going number on link:

i first spoke "gordon"  (1-800-915-9428 option 1 ext. 168.) did @ least provide me prices of non , extended versions. however, after following recieve email quote, haven't gotten in week.

 

i called again , got transferred government sales line (we're city hall). forwarded "will" leave message for. last week - still nothing.

 

we want quote cs6 web premium package, or whatever package includes photoshop, illustrator, , indesign. our budget process doesn't allow subscriptions here, , need 1 copy. have adobe quote? it's been incredibly frustrating experience far, , we're close scrapping , going open source alternatives.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Sudden Missing Sequence Presets

can tell me why cannot open of premiere saves? when try open them, following message: "this project contained sequence not opened. no sequence preview preset file or codec associated sequence type." archived projects last year won't open, , neither current projects. googled problem , came across few solutions, involving downloading pc files someone's private server. can't because 1) i'm on government device, , 2) device mac.   does in way connect fact i'm using enterprise version has never been updated since installed last september– not once– local administrator?   [moved generic cloud/setup forum specific program forum... mod] error: sequence not opened More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe
