My extention is not installing through CC site.

i've written extension distribute, after testing , publishing adobe exchange panel not install cc.

 

i've gotten digital signature , placed files in correct cep/extensions folder manually on several computers. panel works way.

 

the problem seems in cc publishing/installing process , i'm not sure steps take there no error message, , activity stream shows success.

syncing on, activity stream shows installed, no files seem copied , extension not show on computers when installed via cc.

 

i collected logs suggested in thread:

i've taken quick @ zxp , contents inside. first thing should think of zxp zip file, , therefore cannot wrap zip inside not extract during installation. can see mxi file in main root folder. please place zip contents main root folder , away zip, , should give successes.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
