lightroom will not copy files to catalog after downloading window 10

has 1 out there had trouble files not being able copied catalog? catalog on internal drive , says "could not copy backup"

files not copied lr catalog file. imported means lr catalog file database file references image files database stored on hard drive. if using copy option in lr import dialog window when getting image files memory card came camera destination location have selected not have proper write permissions user name. win 10 more restrictive on folder permissions earlier version of windows. first thing check permissions on folder have selected destination. or select different destination folder know sure user name has write permissions.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
