Add People / Mark Faces buttons missing PSE 14

i not have anywhere option add people or mark faces. ideas whys it's missing?

pse14 runs face recognition automatically on image. need not click on add people start face recognition on images. seeing newly analyzed faces, click on people tab. there see icon named unnamed > click on , see clusters of faces of same person.

please let if case.

also regarding mark face, go media view , double click on image.

once bring image in single image view, see mark face icon present on action panel.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
